Appreciation of the member of the presidium of the Assembly of Leadership Experts of the Housing Bank

According to the Iran Economist, quoting the news site of Maskan Bank – Hibna, Dr. Mahmoud Shayan, CEO of Maskan Bank, in a meeting with Ayatollah Hosseini Bushehri, a member of the Presidium of the Assembly of Experts, announced an increase in banking facilities in the field of housing. Considering the wide support of Ayatollah Ra’isi, the esteemed President of the Republic, in the short term of the 13th government, there are no restrictions and obstacles for financing the projects of the National Housing Movement, and the Housing Bank is a leader in the country’s housing jihad.

Presenting statistics on the amount of facilities granted to the people, he said: “Facilities in the housing and construction sector compared to 1399, shows a growth of 119 percent, the target community is also to help low-income groups.”

The CEO of Maskan Bank announced the financing of the housing construction quota by his respective bank and stated: considering the time of submitting the relevant instructions from the upstream authorities and also considering the performance of the banking network, the amount of facilities for the construction of a housing unit by the end of the year 1400 paid by the Housing Bank, indicates that the performance of the bank is acceptable and desirable.

Referring to the goals of the implementation of the National Housing Movement, he called for more cooperation between the Housing Bank and the government and the proper implementation of the bank’s obligations in this area.
