Appreciation of the Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance for the performance of the Cooperative Development Bank


According to the financial news report, Mohammad Sheikh Hosseini, CEO of Tehseh Cooperative Bank, presented a report on the bank’s performance to the Minister of Economy, and announced: With the efforts of all my colleagues in the two years of the 13th government, the total amount of facilities paid by the bank has reached 70 thousand billion tomans.

He added: Since 2008 and since the establishment of the bank, the amount of payment facilities has been 120 thousand billion tomans, of which 60% of this figure was in the 13th government.

Sheikh Hosseini continued: The bank’s non-current claims (NPL) have reached 3.8%, which is one of the lowest in the country’s banking system.

He continued: Only 5% of the facilities were real estate and 70% of the facilities were paid to the production sector, including industry, agriculture and housing.

According to Sheikh Hosseini, the bank was profitable until 2013, but from that date it entered a period of loss.

The CEO of Tehsehe Cooperative Bank announced: According to the plans made, the bank’s accumulated losses will reach zero by the end of the 13th government.

After listening to the CEO’s report on the performance of the bank, Khandozi, the Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance, commended the employees of Goda Cooperative Development Bank.

It should be noted that Mohammad Sheikh Hosseini, the CEO of Tehseh Cooperative Bank, together with the Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance, visited some booths at the “Ravait Khemit” exhibition and was introduced to the service delivery and activities of government agencies. “Ravit Khemit” exhibition with the slogan “Promise; “Wafa” was held on the 4th to the 7th of September from 9:00 to 16:00 at the Tehran International Exhibition, and the Cooperative Bank booth was ready to respond to clients and interested parties in Hall 8.
