He pointed out: In order to prevent the spread of unauthorized construction, extensive measures were taken, such as zoning of areas and control measures and aerial photography aimed at preventing unauthorized constructions were effective measures that were carried out with the implementation of checkpoints and the entry of executive and judicial authorities at the beginning of the entrance to the communication axis of the village. It reduced unauthorized construction to zero.

Zanganeh stated: The existing coordination between different institutions has led to the termination of illegal construction in Ziarat tourism area through identification, monitoring, and enforcement of judicial orders, and on the other hand, a plan centered on the village people to earn income It is designed, compiled and regulated through the development of tourism.

He said: In this plan, various groups are required to take measures to minimize the load on structures in Ziarat’s tourism area, and by using the existing capacities, we can witness the growth of income through the expansion of tourism.

Governor of Golestan stated: In order to implement this plan, it is necessary to amend the previous approvals of the multi-jurisdictional working group in order to speed up the implementation of tourism projects and to allow measures to be followed and implemented according to the law, and in addition to preventing and dealing with unauthorized construction, tourism projects also We can implement Bagoot.

Zanganeh added: 47% of the people of Golestan province live in villages, and village-oriented development is one of the basic policies in the administration of the province.

He said: We are responsible for the people of this province, whose per capita income is less than half of the country’s average, and we must help to improve the living conditions of the people, especially the rural people. During the actions of the last two years, the per capita income has reached more than half of the country’s average, and the Gini coefficient has improved in the villages, and we must continue the village-oriented development programs.

Governor of Golestan emphasized: In Golestan province, we are implementing a model of progress based on compliance with environmental frameworks, which in many cases, Golestan province’s actions have become a model for the country.

He stated: All the villagers who do not fulfill their duty and do not report the unauthorized constructions will be dismissed immediately.

Based on the negotiations, the presentation of expert reports and specialized investigations was stipulated in the new resolution, while continuing to deal with unauthorized constructions and determining the task of past unauthorized constructions, public tourism and nature tourism plan by avoiding the construction of private villas and avoiding the privatization of national and public lands.
