He stated: More than 80% of legal claims in the courts are related to ordinary documents and lack official registration, therefore, in the form of a bill, a general process for determining duties and obtaining documents for real estate and land is on the agenda.

He added: Regarding the organization and determination of land assignments for construction and obtaining a construction permit, the law can be amended with a single article, and this will be implemented with the attention of the parliamentarians.
Mozaffari said: We must shorten the processes for the benefit of the people and eliminate the time-consuming bureaucracies and unnecessary strictness of the institutions.
The head of the Court of Administrative Justice said: In line with the obligation to issue licenses, out of the 3,000 cases in the country, 1,800 cases are related to Alborz province, so it is expected that the municipalities will enter in this direction with care and diligence. He stated: The Administrative Court of Justice has 19 working groups with ministries to prevent violations and find the root of issues in order to reduce cases.
