Are Tehran schools closed on Saturday, December 18?

According to the online economy report, citing Mehr, whether the schools of Tehran province will be closed on Saturday, December 18 or not is a question that has been created in the minds of many audiences.

This question became more serious when Hamed Yazdi Mehr, Director General of Crisis Management of Tehran province, while issuing a yellow air pollution warning, announced the return of pollutants to Tehran and announced that these pollutions will last until Sunday.

Schools are closed based on the accumulation of pollutants in the capital city and the approval of the air pollution emergency committee of Tehran province, but Mehr reporter’s investigations show that until the moment of posting this news, no decision has been taken to form the provincial air pollution emergency working group in the Tehran governorate. It is, that when a committee is not formed, there will be no news of closure.

In any case, if the emergency air pollution committee of Tehran province is formed, its approvals will definitely be notified.

But so far, from the existing conditions and evidence, it seems that schools in Tehran province will be held face-to-face tomorrow.
