Asia Insurance extraordinary capital increase meeting will be held

According to the financial news report, citing the public relations of Asia Insurance, the Central Insurance and Stock Exchange Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran issued permission to hold an extraordinary meeting of Asia Insurance to decide on the 28% capital increase of this company.

This report adds, following the approval of the legal auditor, the Central Insurance of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Securities and Exchange Organization, this stock exchange company plans to increase its current capital from 2413 billion tomans to 3100 billion tomans from the accumulated profit.

According to this report, according to the announcement of the Asia Insurance Board of Directors, the purpose of this capital increase will be to reform the financial structure of this company and comply with the laws and regulations of the Central Insurance of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

It should be noted that in 2019, Asia Insurance Company increased its capital from 230 billion tomans to 2413 billion tomans following the revaluation of fixed assets.
