Assignment of 9 million square meters of land of the Foundation for the Underprivileged to implement the National Housing Movement

According to Tejarat News, this evening, on the sidelines of the second meeting of the Supreme Housing Council, which was held in the presence of the President, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Foundation for the Underprivileged and the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development to implement the Housing Production Leap Law.
After signing this memorandum, Seyyed Parviz Fattah explained in detail: The Foundation for the Underprivileged within the framework of the National Housing Production Movement with a credit allocation of 2,500 billion tomans, which includes the allocation of 50 million gratuitous facilities to each housing unit, 50,000 housing units for clients Establishes the Relief Committee and Welfare Families with 2 or more disabilities.
The head of the Foundation for the Underprivileged added: “In other cases specified in this memorandum, it was decided that the Foundation for the Underprivileged will transfer 9 million square meters of land at its disposal for free in 31 parts of the country with the aim of building housing for the lower deciles.”
He continued: “Also, the Foundation for the Underprivileged undertook in this memorandum to use the capacity of its construction companies to build 100,000 housing units for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd deciles during 4 years.”
The head of the Foundation for the Underprivileged continued: “In the next steps, we are ready to implement other laws that we have at our disposal if the government needs it.”
Fattah said that all these cases are done with the permission of the Supreme Leader and in favor of the deprived, noting that the Foundation for the Oppressed will serve the oppressed with all its capacity in these difficult conditions and will not give up any effort.
