Asus introduced ZenBook 14 OLED laptop with Intel Core Ultra chip


Intel today officially introduced its Core Ultra processors equipped with artificial intelligence accelerator. As you know, laptop manufacturers have already introduced devices based on these new chips. Asus company was one of the first manufacturers that ZenBook 14 OLED compact laptop (UX3405) It introduced itself (using Intel’s Core Ultra chip) with a metal body that is 5% more compact compared to its previous generation. In the maximum configuration, this new laptop uses a Core Ultra 7 155H processor, integrated Arc graphics from Intel. Plus it has up to 32GB of LPDDR5x 7467 RAM and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 solid state drive. The original versions of the device are equipped with a Core Ultra 5 125H processor, with 8 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal memory. In addition, the main feature of Intel’s new chips is that they have a special neural processing unit (NPU) designed to speed up artificial intelligence tasks.

Despite the fact that the thickness of the ZenBook 14 OLED body is only 14.9 mm, the developers included a pair of Thunderbolt 4 interfaces (USB Type C), an HDMI 2.1 port and a USB 3.2 port of the first generation (Typ A), as well as a combined audio jack. They have a place in this laptop. Wi Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 modules ensure wireless connectivity. A lithium polymer battery with a capacity of 75 Wh is responsible for automatic operation, which according to the manufacturers is enough for more than 15 hours of work without the need for recharging. Asus’ new ZenBook 14 OLED laptop will go on sale in early 2024. Regarding the cost of the device, you should know that the retail price of the new product starts at $1299.
