The dimensions of this phone are 146.6 x 68.2 x 9.5 mm and its weight is 165 grams. Asus Zenfone 9 uses Samsung’s 5.9-inch Old HDR10+ display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz (with 90 and 60 Hz options), and a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz.
Despite its small size, the Zenfone 9 is a giant in terms of internal specifications, as Asus has used the new Snapdragon 8 Plus 1st generation chipset and replaced the Zenfone 8’s heat pipe with a large vapor chamber to keep it quiet.
This phone comes in three different memory configurations with 8 or 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128 or 256 GB of UFS 3.1 internal memory. Also, like the previous phone, there is no microSD card slot.
A dual camera module is used on the back panel of the device, which consists of a 50 megapixel IMX766 main sensor and a 12 megapixel IMX363 ultra-wide sensor. For selfies and video calls, a 12-megapixel selfie camera is used on top of the device’s screen.
