Attract 94% of Group A graduates of the University of Petroleum Industry


According to Fars News Agency and quoting the public relations of the Ministry of Petroleum, Ali Sotoudeh, Director General of Education, Human Resource Planning and Administrative Transformation, pointed out that according to the agreements reached on November 4 and December 5, the Minister of Petroleum It is necessary to do the maximum recruitment of the mentioned graduates (graduates before 1394), he stated: Accordingly, 1,572 of the mentioned graduates were invited to conduct technical-professional and psychological interviews in accordance with the rules and regulations.

He said that the process of interviewing the graduates began with the coordination done on December 4 and completed on January 20, adding: “In line with this issue, the necessary measures were taken to coordinate with the main companies and headquarters to meet the needs of manpower in February and March.”

The Director General of Education, Human Resource Planning and Administrative Transformation, noting that out of a total of 1,572 nominees, 1,309 were present and 263 participated in the above-mentioned stages, stated: Accepted 1,225 graduates, or more than 94 percent.

Sotoudeh said: the final recruits will be introduced to the main companies and the headquarters, according to which the announcement of a suitable and non-executive organizational position and the processes related to employment procedures in accordance with the administrative and employment regulations of the oil industry, including selection, industrial medicine, academic approval and at the same time Issuance of employment orders and employment in their work.
