The visit is at the invitation of his Bahraini counterpart Abdul Latif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, and the Israeli Foreign Minister will open the regime’s embassy in Manama on his first official visit to Bahrain.
The Israeli Foreign Ministry also announced today that the two sides will sign several agreements tomorrow; However, the Israeli Foreign Ministry statement did not mention these agreements.
Tel Aviv and Manama will also launch a direct flight from Bahrain to occupied Palestine at noon tomorrow, with two flights a week.
In September 2020, Bahrain, through the mediation of the then US government led by Donald Trump, signed a normalization agreement with the occupying regime in Jerusalem called the “Abraham Accords” and officially established diplomatic relations with Tel Aviv.
