It is worth mentioning that in addition to ATMs, the non-cash kiosk portals of this bank will soon be equipped with Sayad system services.

Also, the infrastructure related to the connection of ATMs of the entire banking network to the Sayad system is being implemented, and the ATMs of other banks in the country will be gradually connected to the Sayad system and will provide services related to new checks, and the Central Bank will provide the necessary information. will be done.

It should be noted that according to the “Law on Amendment of the Law on Issuance of Checks”, the method of issuing, receiving and transferring checks has changed and the people who carry out their transactions with checks have responsibilities; The issuer of the check is obliged to register a system of check contents including “maturity date”, “amount” and “beneficiary identity information” in the hunter system. The information items registered in the fishing system are matched and if the information is confirmed and correct, the check will be confirmed in the fishing system. It is noted that if the check system is not registered in the fishing system and approved by the beneficiary, the bank will not be able to pay the check to the beneficiary.

The check system registration process is only for new fishing checks that look different from the old checks and contain the phrase “The operation of this check is subject to the registration of its issuance, receipt and transfer in the fishing system.” Old checks are processed as before without the need for system registration.
