Bank Sina’s statutes were amended

According to the financial news report, citing the public relations of Bank Sina, this meeting was held in order to decide on the change of articles 61 and 62 of the articles of association of Bank Sina in accordance with the notification of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

It should be noted that in this assembly, the amendment of the Bank Sina statute was approved by the majority of shareholders.
