Banks did not implement the postponement of claims

According to Iran Economist, the Chairman of the Jurisprudence Council of the Central Bank stated at the 32nd Islamic Banking Conference: If 100% of the bank operations law was implemented without usury, we would not have any problems now, but in practice this did not happen due to the lack of Sharia supervision in operations. It is a bank.
He announced one of the approvals of the legal council of the Central Bank on the postponement of claims and said: the rules and instructions for the postponement of claims were not implemented in banks, although it is possible that some have implemented this issue.
Mesbahi Moghadam stated that bank contracts should be simplified and provided to banks in a software and system form, adding: With this measure, supervision in the field of Islamic banking will be strengthened.
He emphasized that sharia supervision in banks does not mean interfering in banking affairs.
