Banks’ instructions for paying a mortgage loan are different

The secretary of the Association of Private Banks and Credit Institutions said: “Credit is legal, because in the past, bank arrears and unpaid facilities were due to incorrect credit or lack of credit, which is why banks are strict.”
In response to why private banks are strict in their housing deposit plans, Jamshidi clarified: The credit of private banks is low and banks are lawyers of depositors and collect deposits on their behalf to create resources, so they are bound to the principle. And the money returns.
He continued: in the housing deposit plan, a tripartite contract should be created between the bank, the landlord and the tenant and the facility should be paid to the landlord so that when the tenant leaves the property, the landlord returns the facility to the bank.
Jamshidi emphasized: the housing deposit plan was announced in a hurry and no resolution in this regard was communicated to the private banks.
In response to the question that if the capacity of the banks has been exhausted, then why is the bank selected in the system of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development ?, he said: the system is in the possession of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development and the ministry should solve the problems.
