Rahnama said: If three hundred thousand billion tomans of the 360 thousand billion tomans assigned to the housing sector are not paid, twenty percent of it will be collected from the banks as a tax penalty and deposited into the National Housing Fund.

In Note 5 of Article 4, the country’s tax affairs organization is obliged to take a tax equal to twenty percent of the unfulfilled obligation from the disgruntled banks and credit institutions and deposit it to the country’s treasury if the banks do not cooperate; This amount is considered 100% allocated and deposited into the account of the National Housing Fund.
