“Barack Obama” won the “Emmy” television competition


According to the film reporter of Fars News Agency, quoted by The Hollywood ReporterFormer US President Barack Obama won an Emmy for his voice in the Netflix documentary series Our Great National Parks.

Host RuPaul accepted Obama’s award on his behalf. He was honored for his voiceover for an episode titled “Wonderful World,” which explores the coast of Africa, the islands of Japan, and Australia’s Great Barrier Reef.

After the end of his presidency, Barack Obama turned to entertainment programs and activities. He had already received two “Grammy” music awards for the narration of an audio album.

The said documentary has also been nominated for an Emmy Award in the best cinematography category.
