In addition, if the innovation of an insurance company is not communicated, other insurance companies may not realize the necessity of creating mobility and creativity. Therefore, holding such meetings with the aim of emphasizing the importance of providing innovation of insurance companies shows its importance in various aspects.

The CEO of Baran Insurance, referring to the necessity of providing innovation for specialized companies, said: Since Baran Insurance specializes in providing life insurance, it is necessary to show its innovations in the direction of product design, supply and presentation in the most optimal way possible. to give Due to this necessity, when rain insurance entered the insurance industry, an attempt was made to introduce a product that did not exist before.

In the continuation of his speech, he also mentioned the design of the rain insurance sales network and said: Since the establishment of branches across the country imposed many costs on the company, we decided to promote self-reliance among our sales network by designing a new model. Based on this, instead of establishing branches across the country, we went to the design of institutions as regional marketing and coordination offices where capable people at the head can pay their expenses by self-reliance and creating a sales network.

The CEO of Baran Insurance considered the training, guidance and counseling of the sales network members by the office managers and the formation of a quality sales network as consultants familiar with life insurance and other financial tools as two effective pillars of the sales network activity.

He further stated: The important point in this is that the development of digital infrastructure does not replace the sales network. In fact, technology will facilitate information and help sales network members to increase sales.
