Barati: Public opinion has a very positive opinion about the performance of the Football Federation

According to Fars News Agency, Ahmad Reza Barati, a member of the board and chairman of the Football Federation’s regulation and implementation committee, said in a conversation with the federation’s website about the latest status of the federation’s statute: It was done and approved by FIFA, but at the same time, and in accordance with the agreement reached between FIFA and the Deputy Minister of Sports and Youth, it was decided that, in accordance with the amendments to the national sports regulations, conditions would be met. Do not encounter any problems in execution.

Barati continued: “Fortunately, the cabinet approved a single article regarding the federations, according to which sports federations are practically excluded from the law of the list of non-governmental public institutions, and now this government decision is in the possession of the Islamic Consultative Assembly until, God willing, it is passed.” The legal process should be put to a vote in the parliament.
The head of the committee for formulating and implementing the regulations of the federation emphasized: “An issue that is important and at the same time beyond the authority of the federation is the issue of the legal process and formalities of the parliament.” Urgently review and decide so as not to be postponed to the last days of the deadline set by FIFA (March 1400).
Barati also explained about the statutes of the provincial football boards: in order to amend this statute, we corresponded with the provincial boards and received their opinions, and now the process of amending it is underway, and we are trying to make this statute in line with the conditions of football day. Consistent and our direction and strategy regarding the statutes of the provincial football boards is to strengthen these boards and ensure their independence.
The member of the board of directors of the federation continued his speech and referring to the current issues of football and the federation said: Azizi Khadem, the president of the federation, pointed out an important point on TV and that was that none of us are innocent and some decisions or opinions may be We are not right, so we never claim to be error-free, but at the same time we believe that the positive things that have happened in the last few months in the new federation far outweigh the possible flaws and are not at all comparable to the possible shortcomings. We believe that the positive events and developments that have taken place in these few months have been very significant and growing due to the time constraints and the economic and political conditions prevailing in Iran and the world.
In this regard, referring to the issue of refereeing, Barati said: “For example, and considering that the honorable referees as judges of football matches have been considered by all members of the board and the president of the federation, maximum efforts have been made to compensate their efforts.” The administration has approved that the salaries of these loved ones be quadrupled, and the judiciary will certainly do its utmost to protect them and the professional character of the arbitration community.
Also, to familiarize the Iranian refereeing community, the issue of renting the VAR system and training of referees was approved after specialized examinations in the relevant specialized working group and the Trading Commission in the Board of Directors, which has been sufficiently discussed.
Regarding the financial and logistical needs and rewards of national teams, there are unprecedented measures that should not be ignored, and these events are taking place in a situation where we all know what the economic situation of the whole society is like.
Ahmad Reza Barati further emphasized: The federation has been established with the slogan of comprehensive development and the same thing is happening and you are witnessing these developments in different parts of the federation and the passage of time will help this process. A new architecture is taking shape in the federation, and everyone has the opportunity to help accelerate these reforms and the growth of football, but I ask everyone not to create obstacles in this direction.
Referring to some issues raised in some media, Barati said: “Public opinion has been watching the football events in recent months and the feedback that people show to football indicates that public opinion has a very positive opinion about the performance of the federation.”
