Biden signed a $430 billion environmental, health and tax protection bill

According to IRNA, this bill is designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and drug prices and tax the rich and large American companies.
US President Joe Biden used the event to criticize Republicans for taking advantage of a series of legislative victories by Democrats to boost the party’s chances in the mid-term congressional elections.
He said: “At this historical moment, the Democrats took the side of the American people, and all the Republicans are on the side of special interests. “All Republicans in Congress voted against this bill.”
The Climate Change Act has been introduced with the aim of reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the United States. The law also allows for lower drug prices for the elderly and forces corporations and the wealthy to pay their tax liabilities. Democrats believe that taxing the rich will help reduce the US government’s budget deficit and fight inflation.
But Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell said the new law would have the opposite effect.
Referring to the American Tax Administration, he said: Democrats robbed the American economy last year by spending too much money and creating unprecedented inflation. Their solution this year is to do it again. The partisan bill that Biden signed today means higher taxes, higher energy costs, and stricter IRS inspections.
According to IRNA, an American scientific research association announced in May that the air quality has become more unhealthy and dangerous for almost half of the country’s citizens, which is equivalent to 137 million people, compared to the past 20 years.
Research published in November showed that in America, more than 40% of the country’s population lives in cities with unhealthy air. Previous studies have shown that exposure to these fine particles, which are 2.5 micrometers or less in diameter, is linked to several health complications, including asthma and other lung disorders, heart disease, and dementia.
According to this analysis, exposure to fine particles in the air causes the premature death of four million people worldwide each year.
The results of two new studies show that exposure to unhealthy levels of air pollution kills 1.8 million people annually in cities around the world. Additionally, nearly 2 million cases of asthma among children worldwide each year are linked to exposure to nitrogen dioxide pollution from motor vehicle emissions, with two out of three occurring in urban areas.
Climatic changes in the form of a period of drought, lack of water or consecutive dehydration, annual increase in air temperature, increase in air pollution in big cities, occurrence of floods and severe and extensive storms have emerged and have unprecedented effects. These climate changes, especially weather changes, have turned the human environment into a harsh and chaotic environment.
