Sadeghi pointed to the reason for the presence of false advertisements in online sales platforms and stated: This scientific study shows that by registering 5000 false ads in one of these platforms, the price of housing in an area of ​​Tehran can be increased by 25%, and real estate brokers abuse the unorganized space of these platforms by registering ads for a property that basically does not exist abroad. They make prices.

This expert in the field of housing emphasized: The solution to organizing online sales platforms is to connect these platforms to the government’s databases so that the possibility of registering a property without the presence of an outsider is basically eliminated, and also the landlord is able to advertise his housing.
