Omid Qalibaf, the spokesman of the Ministry of Security, also announced the finalization of this regulation and said: The Ministry of Security prepared the final import regulations by the specified date, and it is in the queue for review in the meeting of the government.
Despite these words, not long ago, Dadfar, the secretary of the importers’ association, told Ekhztanonline: With the opposition and stone-throwing of some people, it seems unlikely that the import regulations will be approved and promulgated soon, and with this decree, if not, imports will never be carried out. What seems to be issues such as importing companies, car models and types, and how to provide currency are among the issues that have delayed the final approval of the car import regulation.
