Capital increase of 3 listed companies

According to Tejarat News, three stock exchange companies informed about the stages of their capital increase yesterday. In this regard, Iran Injectable and Pharmaceutical Products Company with the symbol of “Defra” announced the final registration of its capital increase.

The company, referring to the capital increase license dated 08/23/1400, announced: The increase of the company’s capital from the amount of 700 billion Rials to the amount of 1400 billion Rials (from accumulated profit) has been registered on 10/26/1400 in the companies registration authority. This capital increase was taken based on the decisions of the Extraordinary General Assembly dated 30/09/1400.

In another case, Vosough Amin Investment Company, with the symbol “Vosough”, announced the extension of the deadline for using its capital increase license: “The deadline for using the company’s capital increase license was extended for 30 days until 11/17/1400.”

Pars Arian Investment Company “Arian” also announced the issuance of a license to increase its capital yesterday.

In this regard, the Exchange Organization has announced: “In the implementation of the Securities Market Law of the Islamic Republic of Iran (approved in December 2005), the demand for capital increase and the issuance of new shares of Parsa Arian Investment Company (Public Joint Stock) in this organization was examined. Based on the investigation, there are cases of non-compliance with the relevant laws and regulations in the issuance of shares and capital increase with the following characteristics and in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, is unrestricted in the opinion of this organization.

The current capital of this company is about 19 thousand and 817 billion Rials, to which the amount of 20 thousand billion Rials is to be added. The source of financing the capital increase will be as follows:

1862 billion Rials from the current claims of shareholders and cash inflows;

– 6719 billion rials from accumulated profits;

– 11 thousand and 600 billion rials from other reserves.

The reason for this capital increase is the participation in increasing the capital of investable companies as well as the repayment of financial facilities.

It is said that it will be possible to start the underwriting up to 60 days from the date of this license. Failure to start the underwriting within the deadline will result in the revocation of this license and its implementation will require a new license from this organization.

Also, according to Article 21 of the Securities Market Law, the registration of securities with the organization, in order to ensure compliance with legal regulations and approvals of the organization and information transparency, and as a confirmation of benefits, guarantee of profitability or recommendation and customization of the company or plan related to securities Not from the organization.
