Car production grew and became more expensive!

According to the data of the Cadal Exchange, the car production in January of this year compared to last year has experienced a growth of 4%, while the monthly growth (January to December) has reached 7.5%. Thus, by the end of the first month of winter, a total of 738,500 cars have been produced, while 88,700 of the cars produced belong to January. Accordingly, in a situation where the monthly production of the car in January sees a growth of 7.5%, which in December compared to November, the circulation had a growth of 3.5%.

But the root of production growth in January goes back to the increase in car prices in December. On 17 December this year, after the cancellation of price growth in November by Ebrahim Ra’isi, an 18% growth in prices was key. Along with the orderly increase in prices, promises and promises to organize production and supply began, in a situation where, according to reports on the site of the automaker, in addition to annual production, recorded a new slump in monthly circulation growth.

Now the question that arises is whether the growth of production has led to a proper supply and organization of the market? In a report on Thursday, the president of the Automobile Exhibitors Union said that the supply of cars by carmakers is at its lowest level, which is why the market is in recession. His remarks have been implicitly endorsed by some automotive industry executives as well as inspection officials, who have acknowledged that although the automaker has increased production, with the increase in circulation, defective cars and depots have also risen. Is.

Therefore, it is clear that the automaker did not necessarily market everything it produced, and for obvious reasons, these cars are located in the automakers’ parking lot. As mentioned in previous reports, problems with the supply of electronic microchips, as well as difficulties in procuring some parts of production lines, have led to the growth of defective products in the two car companies.

In this regard, one of the actors in the automotive industry had said that as production increases, so does the circulation of imperfections. Thus, it seems that we should not rely too much on the growth of car circulation, because despite the problems described, not all car manufacturers’ products can be commercialized. However, the growth of production in January can be considered auspicious and it was hoped that along with the upward trend in circulation, the problems will also find a downward trend.

Accordingly, although carmakers faced annual and monthly growth in production, January statistics show that the country’s two largest car companies are still behind the Ministry of Silence planning. According to the Ministry of Silence program, automakers must produce 1.1 million vehicles by the end of this year, which means producing 91,700 units per month.

Thus, despite the production of 738,500 cars by the end of December this year, manufacturers are 19.5% behind the Ministry of Silence program.

However, the statistics provided by the Cadal Bourse website in January show that car manufacturers are still lagging behind in the production of high-volume products such as Peugeot 206, Samand, etc., which are referred to as unprofitable cars.

Monthly production fluctuations

A review of monthly car statistics for 10 months shows that car production in the first month of winter is at a peak. During the mentioned period, the three major automakers of the country have been able to produce nearly 88,700 units of various passenger products. This amount indicates a production growth of about 7.5 percent compared to the one-month production in December. In the last month of the autumn season, a total of 82,553 passenger cars were completed in the production lines of automakers.

The growth trend of car production started in November, and car manufacturers have been able to produce more than 79,700 cars in the second month of the autumn season. Production of this number of passenger cars in the second month of the autumn season compared to October shows a growth of about 13.5 percent. But in October, compared to September, we saw a decline in car production. While carmakers were able to produce about 81,500 cars in September. But in October, car production fell to about 14%.

This decline has reduced the total production of passenger cars in the first month of the autumn season to around 70,100 units. In August, the country’s three largest automakers finalized the production of more than 54,600 passenger cars. Therefore, the production of September compared to August indicates a growth of about 50%. But the production of August compared to the production of July this year shows a decrease of about 32%.

In July, automakers produced about 86,000 passenger cars. The production of this number of cars in the first month of the summer season of this year shows that the car manufacturers compared to June only experienced a production growth of more than one percent. In the last month of spring, the country’s three largest automakers were able to produce around 84,900 passenger cars.

Production of this number of cars in June took place while compared to May production saw a growth of about 56%. In May, Iran, Khodro, Saipa and Pars Khodro produced a total of 54,200 vehicles. In April of this year, carmakers finalized about 64,700 units of their passenger products. Therefore, the production of Ordibehesht has decreased by about 16% compared to April.

Production decline of Peugeot, Dena and Samand

But let’s take a look at the details of passenger car production statistics for the first 10 months of this year to find out what ups and downs the special road giants have had during this period. By the end of January, Iran Khodroei produced a total of 381,321 passenger cars, which experienced a production decline of about 2% compared to the same period last year.

According to the statistics extracted from the financial statements of Iran-Khodro, this carmaker in the Peugeot group has left a circulation of 254,875 units by the end of the first month of this winter season. This statistic shows that the production of Peugeot products in Iran ‌‌‌ Khodro by the end of January and compared to 10 months of last year, has decreased by nearly 9%. The decline in production of the Peugeot Group began at the beginning of this year, at the same time as the automakers claimed that these products were unprofitable, however, the reduction in production in this group is the elimination of some Peugeot models, especially the 206 Type 5, and the reduction in Peugeot 206 sedan circulation.

The automaker is transitioning from the 206 family to replacing it with the Peugeot 207, something that has not yet fully happened, and this has led to a decline in the production of the Peugeot Group. Iran’s cars, however, publish the statistics of the 2008 Peugeot outside the Peugeot family, and their financial statements show that the car in question had 103 production units in the first 10 months of this year. According to these statistics, the production of Peugeot 2008 sees a drop of 78 units compared to the period mentioned last year. Apart from the Peugeot group, special road irrigations in the production of the Samand group have also been reduced.

According to the published statistics, this company has produced 41,940 Samand devices during the first 10 months of this year, and this statistic has caused a 5.7% decrease in the production of the desired product compared to the same period in 1999. The water giant of the special road has finalized about 44,507 Samand production lines in its production lines by the end of January of this year. In the first 10 months of this year, Iran’s vehicles have also produced 42,499 units of Dena types, so that these vehicles can see a 7% decrease in production compared to the same period last year. Therefore, Dena has moved behind the Samand and Peugeot groups on the road of production decline. Iran Khodroyeh produces Dena in different models, including ordinary, plus, plus with ordinary gearbox and turbocharged engine, and plus with automatic gearbox and turbocharged engine.

According to the mentioned circulation for this car, we see that Dena is now the most widely circulated product of this car manufacturer after Peugeot. Surveys show that the special road irrigations of the last year in the same period have completed the production of about 44,500 units of Dena in their production lines. Let’s go to another product of Iran-Khodro called Rana, whose circulation has experienced a long jump in 10 months of this year.

According to the report submitted to the stock exchange, by the end of January this year, about 29,370 Rana vehicles have been produced in Iran-Khodro, which shows a growth of about 190%. By the end of the first month of last winter, Iran’s vehicles had finalized nearly 10,100 RANAs in their production lines. But another product of Iran Khodro called Haima, which is Chinese and is assembled on the Khorasan site of this company, has experienced an increase in production in the first 10 months of this year.

According to the statistics provided on the Cadal website of the Exchange Organization, this automaker has produced a total of 5,466 Haima units by the end of January this year, which shows an increase of about 71% compared to the first 10 months of last year. In the statistics of Iran, the production of 7,060 Tara cars has been registered, which is the latest product of this company and about 52 units were produced by the end of January last year, all of which ended in January 1999.

Production growth of Tiba and Quick

Now let’s go to the other big car manufacturer of the country, Saipa, and see what statistics this company has left in the production of its products during 10 months of this year. The orange giant of the special road also completed more than 257,000 passenger cars in its production lines by the end of the first month of winter. Production of this number of cars compared to last year’s production in the same period shows a growth of about 8%.

According to the statistics provided to the stock exchange organization, Saipais have left a circulation of 238,588 units in the production of Tiba in the first 10 months of this year. This statistic shows that the production of Tiba family has increased by about 27% compared to the same period last year. The carmaker produces this product in Tiba sedan, Tiba 2 (hatchback) and Tiba Plus models. By the end of the first month of the winter of 1999, the special road oranges had finalized a total production of 187,777 Tiba devices in their production lines.

Of course, Tiba was not the only product produced by Saipa in January, and this company also planned to produce its new product. According to the statistics published on the Cadal website of the Exchange Organization, 18,315 falcons have been produced in the first 10 months of this year. This is while during the same 10 months of last year, only 107 falcons were produced. Also, the production of Ario in the first 10 months of this year was only 130 units, which is 6 units more than the same period last year. Prior to the embargo, Ario had a much higher circulation in Saipa, and it seems that if the embargo is lifted, the production of this product will grow significantly, if it is to continue production.

Let’s skip Saipa and take a look at the production situation of the automaker of this company, Pars Khodro. Pars Khodro, as a subsidiary of Saipa, produced about 100,150 units of its passenger products. Production of this number of cars compared to January 1999 shows a growth of about 24%. According to a report submitted by Pars Khodro to the Exchange Organization, the company has produced 52,153 units of Q200 (Quick) Group products in the first 10 months of this year.

Production of this number of Q200 Group products compared to the same period last year shows that the production of this automobile group has increased by about 35%. Last year, in the same period, a total of 38,547 units of various products in the Q200 group were completed in the production lines of Pars Automobiles. The automaker has also produced 29,520 ordinary Quick units in the first 10 months of this year, which is a growth of about 365.5% compared to the same period last year.

But the S200 group or Saina also had a circulation of 17,884 units in the first 10 months of this year, which has increased by 220% compared to the same period last year. Also, according to the statistics provided to the stock exchange, car dealers have assembled only 594 Brilliance vehicles in the first 10 months of this year, which is a decrease of about 83% compared to the same period last year.
