2- Restriction of active police license plateAlso, in other plans of car manufacturers, registration is prohibited for applicants with an active license plate (installed on passenger cars for personal use). This condition does not exist in the car sale plan without lottery.

In non-lottery schemes, the registration of applicants continues until the sales capacity is exhausted, and all the people who have registered will be awarded the desired car.

Gradual removal of conditions from non-lottery schemes

Now the spokesperson of the Ministry of Security has announced that these two conditions will be gradually removed from all sales plans without drawing a car lottery.
