According to the announcement of Kadal website, the source of this capital increase is the current demands of the shareholders and cash inflows, and the reason is the implementation of the plan to improve the production line number one of the factory.

Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company, with the Kegel symbol, increased its capital 100% from the current shareholders’ claims and brought cash and accumulated profits to compensate the expenses incurred for participating in the capital increase of investable companies.

According to the data published on Kedal’s website, Kegel’s current capital is 10 thousand billion Tomans, which will reach 20 thousand billion Tomans with the approval of a 100% increase.

Iran Carbon Company with the symbol of sugar increased its capital by 2454% and reached the amount of 638 billion and 512 million and 800 thousand Tomans. This capital increase is due to the revaluation surplus of assets.

Shokrban also stated that the reason for this increase is the reform of the financial structure in the implementation of the provisions of the 14th month of the law on maximum use of the country’s production and service capacity and the protection of Iranian goods in the Islamic Consultative Assembly.
