By using the Siyag system, from now on, by eliminating paper correspondence and bureaucracy between institutions and through the expansion of electronic interactions between the banking system and judicial institutions, all stages of identifying accounts by judicial authorities, issuing blocking orders and unblocking accounts, online and It can be done instantly and at all hours of the day and night.
With the establishment of this system, the average sentence execution time has decreased from 200 days in 1994 to a maximum of 4 minutes in 1402. It will also prevent the non-execution of legal orders by withdrawing from the accounts under prosecution.
Also, the modern software and hardware infrastructure of the system has been formed by connecting all the banks in the banking network and the judiciary centered on the central bank, which is the result of this multi-year effort, a big step towards the realization of judicial justice, creating equal opportunities for people to access Services will be in the entire geography of the country and the realization of e-government.
It should be mentioned that the Siyaq system, which was established based on Article 19 and 21 of the method of execution of financial penalties and Article 117 of the 6th Five-Year Plan Law, saves people’s time on an average of more than 50 million man-hours per year. It will realize the handling of financial judicial rulings.
