The concept of knowledge-based or knowledge-based as an important pillar in the discussion of innovation and technology, which are the two main arms of entrepreneurship, plays a key role in this area.

On the other hand, the issue of job creation is an issue that is defined in direct relation to production and entrepreneurship and is present as a major need in the current activities of the Iranian economy.

With this brief introduction, we can look at the new century as the century of Iranian entrepreneurship from a new angle.

The century, the first year of which is named after the three issues of production, knowledge base, and job creation, can undoubtedly be a new starting point for attention to entrepreneurship and its accessories.

These points become even more important when we consider the concept of economic resilience and a resilient economy in the face of sanctions.

Knowledge-based economy due to its entrepreneurial nature (regardless of the definition and conditions of knowledge-based companies licensed by the Vice Chancellor) and production-oriented; In itself, it can be an important component in creating economic power and the concept of resilience, and highlights the need to pay attention to this view.

It is hoped that in the new year, the view of major collections and economic decision-making centers will move towards fundamental support with these attention to the definitions of knowledge-based and job creation under the capable entrepreneurial ecosystem.
