Chabahar has many capacities and abilities in the field of tourism
According to the Aria Heritage report, citing the public relations of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Sistan and Baluchistan, Javad Sepahi, Deputy Governor and Special Governor of Chabahar, said on the evening of Wednesday, January 28, 1401, at the opening ceremony of the first international conference on cultural and sports tourism of coastal residents, which was held in Chabahar Azad Zone: There are many capacities and capabilities in this province, especially in Chabahar, and the rich customs and culture of the people, the extent and high dispersion of the Baloch people in four provinces including Sistan and Baluchistan, Kerman, Hormozgan, South Khorasan and five neighboring countries including Pakistan. India, Afghanistan, Oman and Iran show the high age of this people.
He said: Many attractions have doubled the beauty of this region with the presence of very good people and according to the orders of the Supreme Leader (Madazla Al-Ali) a noble and hospitable people and along with the system and the revolution.
Sepahi noted: I hope this event will be a basis for the growth and development of tourism science and industry, as well as the unity of the people in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Alireza Jalalzaei, Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of the province, also stated in this ceremony: Sistan and Baluchistan is a tourist destination today and is included in the tourism portfolio of Iranian households.
He continued: We are looking to hold the first festival of tourism ministers of Indian Ocean countries in this province.
Jalalzaei pointed out that the tourism event for beach dwellers will be held for three days with the implementation of programs such as setting up handicrafts exhibition, cooking local foods, performing local dance and music, performing water and beach sports competitions and holding 2 educational workshops, getting familiar with traditional Iranian sewing and marketing. Also, a memorandum of understanding will be concluded with the Association of Tourism Offices, the Economic Development Center for Women of the country, and Hatef Creative and Innovation House in Chabahar Free Zone.
