According to the recent notification of the first vice president, the fee rate of real estate consultants will change and this rate will change every year.

The first vice president notified the resolution of the cabinet regarding the change of real estate consultants’ fees to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, the Ministry of Safety, Energy, Justice, the Planning and Budget Organization, the Central Bank of the Organization of Deeds and Real Estate, the Economic Vice President and the Chamber of Guilds of Iran. .

Based on this resolution, the method of calculating real estate consultants’ fees was changed from determining the percentage of the transaction parties to the regional value of the transactions, which is determined annually by the Real Estate Calendar Commission.

It should be mentioned that Tehran is divided into 100 blocks in this commission and the average property price of each block is determined based on various indicators for one year.
