According to the information in the table below, cheap neighborhoods in Tehran are divided between different areas of Tehran Municipality. The table below shows the cheapest Atabak neighborhood in District 15 of Tehran Municipality. The average price of one square meter of apartment in this neighborhood is 14.4 million Tomans.
The average purchase price of a house in Fallah neighborhood was 17 million tomans, which is another cheap neighborhood in Tehran to buy a house.
Wardavard, Nawab and Javadiyeh neighborhoods have been registered with an average price of 18 million Tomans.
Valiasr town with an average price of one square meter of apartment is registered at 18.9 million Tomans and Bryanak at 19.9 million Tomans.
Neighborhood J is one of the neighborhoods of District 9 with an average price of 20.2 million Tomans and Mahallat Dolatabad is one of the neighborhoods of District 20 with an average price of 21.4 million Tomans.
