China criticizes America for the debt crisis

According to the report of the International Economic Reporter of Fars News Agency, citing Rashatoudi, the Chinese government has criticized the United States for its negligence in the issue of the country’s high debt disaster and has demanded the adoption of more responsible monetary policies in this country with the aim of preventing the delay in payment of arrears.
US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen recently visited Zimbabwe and criticized China’s abuse of the debt issue in the southern African country.
In response to these talks, the Chinese embassy in Zimbabwe has also announced that the biggest thing America can do for its debts abroad is to put responsible monetary policies on the agenda and solve its public debt problem.
Official figures show that China holds $770 billion in US bonds, which is down by two-thirds from $1.3 trillion in 2013.
Currently, the public debt of the United States has reached 31.4 trillion dollars, and the representatives of the Congress must increase the ceiling of the public debt of this country again in the coming days to prevent the shutdown of the federal government and default in payment of arrears.
Yellen warned that if the debt ceiling is not increased, this ministry will face a lack of money and will not be able to pay the obligations of the United States. This issue will not only affect the world’s largest economy, but will also damage the world’s financial system.
