Cinema is a museum – Arya Heritage News Agency

Hadi Mirzaei wrote: Cinema is “a spectacular story”. The story and narrative that is supposed to bring the viewer to a destination. Unlike the real world, the cinema audience sees the senses and imagines the experience. Cinema can be considered as a moving and repeatable museum in terms of the narrative that is its core. In the museum, the remnants of stories from years ago are the stage actors. These works show concepts that have often traveled through history. But together they narrate scenes of the same story; Like a movie story. The audience of a museum, like the audience of a cinema, reaches a destination at the end of this narrative. The destination, both in the cinema and in the museum, is often to reach a peak of a new understanding, which sometimes results in a territorial identity.

In the museum, you have to go to see the scenes and connect the works to the thinking of a nation, but the narrative scenes in the cinema are animated and travel to the mind of the audience. Cinema and museum are both storytellers; and have an author. The author of the narrative in the cinema is often an individual thought and in a museum, it is often a collective thought.

Regardless of the narrative, cinema is a folk art and the museum reflects the thoughts of the past people for the present generation.

Cinema and museum are for the people and serve the people.

The cinema museum tells a spectacular story! A story to record the efforts of the founders of this art and craft to be a light for future generations and an honor for those who watched the achievement and result of their life in the reflection of the white and silver screen of celluloid.

On World Cinema Day, I would like to congratulate the organizers and creators of this museum and honor the memory and name of Mr. Abbas Kiarostami and Ezzatullah Tzamami who played a role in the creation of this museum.
