While expressing his satisfaction with the increase in requests for issuing permits for construction in dilapidated structures, Bazarpash said: We hope that next year will be a good year for the renovation of dilapidated structures in different cities of the country.
The Minister of Roads and Urban Development mentioned revitalization of the dilapidated fabric in the city environment as one of the priorities of his respective ministry and added: The more we can invest in the dilapidated fabric and unstable buildings of the cities, the more the problems of the government and the people in the field of housing will be reduced.
Bazarpash said: “The worn-out tissues of the cities have enough superstructure and infrastructure services, but these facilities need to be upgraded to some extent.”
He reminded: We don’t have much problem in the areas that are within the boundaries of the city because they have enough service space per capita, but the service space per capita in new cities is problematic because infrastructure services such as water, electricity, gas, sewage and various networks must be provided. Sufficiently provided and superstructure services such as per capita cultural, service, artistic, sports, school, mosque and other services should be considered.

Emphasizing the need to speed up the projects of the National Housing Movement, the Minister of Roads and Urban Development said: Various methods to speed up the projects are demanded and followed up in various meetings with the builders of large projects as well as the governors, so that the speed of the implementation of the projects increases and the problems of the applicants in payment and supply Related facilities will be reduced.
Bazarpash continued: In 1402, the implementation of housing projects will accelerate through the provision of land and cooperation with mass builders and construction companies and real mass builders.
He said: Wherever it is possible to provide land, our priority is to provide land to applicants along with loans. In some cities where large-scale land is not allowed to be given to applicants, apartment building models will be followed so that in this price situation, the applicants Own a house at the lowest price.
The Minister of Roads and Urban Development also mentioned the opening of 180 units of the National Movement projects in Ardabil and continued: The agent of this project is the executive headquarters of Farman Imam (RA), which completed it and the units were handed over to the applicants today.
Bazarpash will also visit the 460-unit complex today. This collection has 50% physical progress.
According to Bazerpash, in the meeting of the Supreme Housing Council, a thousand hectares of land is supposed to be annexed to the urban area of Ardabil so that the construction of the National Housing Movement units in this province will speed up.
