Colorful All-in-One Gaming PC Comes with Ryzen 9 6900HX and Radeon RX 6850M XT

It seems that Colorful has plans All-in-one gaming computer to market with Ryzen 9 6900HX processor and Radeon RX 6850M XT graphics card. Colorful is not the company we usually think of as a close partner of the AMD brand. This reputable brand is one of the main suppliers of GeForce graphics cards in China. The company’s iGame graphics cards need no introduction, but what about the G-ONE Plus AIO PCs?

These systems have been discussed before, however, you should know that all of these PCs were basically based on Intel and GeForce hardware. Surprisingly, a new system containing (almost) all of AMD’s hardware was announced.

Specifications of All-in-One gaming PCs with Ryzen 9 6900HX processor and Radeon RX 6850M XT graphics card

The new version now comes alongside the Core 12900H/12700H/12500H and the RTX 3060-based version. The new system is equipped with Ryzen 9 6900HX processor and Radeon RX 6850M XT graphics card. These are good specs that are often found in expensive gaming laptops with AMD hardware. The Zen3+ octa-core processor has an HX version, which means a maximum power consumption (TDP) of more than 45 watts (Colorful doesn’t reveal the full specs).

Graphics are based on Navi 22 graphics chips with 2560 Stream Processors. With this system, gamers will have access to 12 GB of GDDR6 memory through a 192-bit memory interface. From a technical point of view, its performance should be similar to the Radeon RX 6700 XT graphics card, but it is limited to TGP or total graphics power (Total Graphics Power) of maximum 165 watts, which is one of the configurations of these mobile graphics.

Colorful will offer four different settings for these graphics cards: Quiet: 114W, Balance: 135W, Gaming: 154W and Beast at 165W. The last one is the highest possible TGP setting for this Radeon GPU.

The system has a 27-inch 4K display with a 60Hz refresh rate, so the graphics may not be strong enough to deliver such performance. On the other hand, AIO systems are used more in corporate settings than in Internet cafes. This is probably a good system to have a sleeper gaming rig.

The term sleeper gaming rig means a computer system that at first glance looks like an ordinary and unremarkable system, but actually has powerful equipment suitable for computer games. In other words, a powerful system for gaming that is designed to be hidden and not overly attractive.

This system is available in different configurations with a memory capacity of 16 to 32 GB or even 64 GB. Users can choose between 1TB or 2TB of storage, but these are upgradeable either way. With an i7-12700H processor and an RTX3060 graphics card with 32GB of memory and 1TB of storage, this system has the same price as the i7-12700H/RTX3060 configuration.
