According to Fars, the ceremony of “drawing Mahmoud” as a ceremony to commemorate the living memory of Hojjatoleslam and Muslims, Seyed Mahmoud Doaei is the representative of the Supreme Leader and the late head of the Information Press Institute To be held in Tehran.
