Commercialization of crafts is one of the priorities of the 13th government

Handicrafts have been organized and we hope to see more support for this field, because the field of handicrafts is of great importance and we are looking for the development and support of this art and craft in the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts with the order of Engineer Zarghami.
The CEO of the specialized parent company for the development of Irangerdi and Jahangerdi added: “In today’s world, we have an identity and identity card in handicrafts, and while the countries of the world are looking for the commercialization of handicrafts, we have neglected this issue internally, but we have the hope that in The 13th government should create and launch this flow of culture.”
Handicrafts and creating jobs for female heads of the household
Azita Hemtayan, head of the secretariat of the support organization for domestic jobs, also said in this ceremony: “With the start of the 13th government, the approach of this secretariat is a transformational approach, and we are looking for the secretariat to play a more important role, and for this purpose, we determined the road map. “
He added: “For this reason, we went towards business facilitation and fortunately we are enjoying good growth. Currently, we have 516 classes in the field of home businesses, and among them, handicrafts are one of the most important topics that we pay serious attention to.
Hemtayan added: “One of the goals we are pursuing is to create jobs for female heads of households, and in this regard, we are looking to help develop the businesses of female heads of households by holding sales markets.”
Iranian handicrafts are among the best in the world
Zainab Akhtari, Advisor for Women and Family Affairs of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, also said in this ceremony: “The biggest concern of artists is to be able to display their art, and for this reason, the best thing we can do is to hold these exhibitions with the aim of introducing the art of artists.” It is a handicraft.”
He added: “Iranian handicrafts are one of the greatest and best arts in the world, and it is a pity that other people in the world do not see these beauties and this creativity.” Therefore, I wish that in addition to holding domestic exhibitions, we will also use our efforts to hold international exhibitions and witness the holding of Iranian handicraft exhibitions in other countries of the world.
The activity of 136 creative companies in handicrafts and tourism
Zahra Abolhasani, director of the creative and innovation house, also said in this meeting: “136 creative companies are operating in the field of tourism and handicrafts, and we need to strengthen and develop these creative houses in the two fields of tourism and handicrafts.”
He added: “Given the importance of the Supreme Leader’s position to the knowledge-based field and this year’s naming based on this, there is hope to witness the prosperity and development of knowledge-based and creative companies.”
Abolhasani pointed out: “In this exhibition, from small start-ups to big businesses, creative and innovation house programs will be held in other provinces as well, so that we can see the growth of this field in all the provinces of the country.”
The first exhibition of creative industries products under the title “Iran Man” was officially opened today, Saturday, September 5th, at Qaitarieh Park in Tehran.
This exhibition hosts handicrafts, traditional arts and souvenirs lovers from 17:00 to 23:00.
