Concluding a contract for facilities of more than 11,000 self-owned units

According to the monetary news report quoted by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, Seyed Mohsen Fazelian, a member of the board of directors of the Housing Bank, explained the latest situation of providing self-owned facilities throughout the country in the implementation of the National Housing Movement.

The member of the board of directors of Maskan Bank said: the self-ownership contracts introduced to Maskan Bank are 12,832 projects with a number of 99,054 units, which according to the latest statistics of 1,501 projects with 11,864 units have been concluded.

Fazelian estimated the amount of self-owned contracts at 4,058 billion tomans and added: “So far, 1,652 billion tomans have been transferred to the accounts of the builders.”

He reminded: the provision of self-ownership facilities of the National Housing Movement plan will be paid to the self-owners step by step and based on physical progress.

According to the plan of the National Housing Movement, one million housing units are to be built annually, of which about 100,000 are self-owned.
