Conclusion of self-ownership contract of more than 77 thousand units in Bank Maskan

According to the financial financial news report, quoted by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, Seyed Mohsen Fazelian, a member of the board of directors of Maskan Bank, explained the process of providing self-ownership facilities of the National Housing Movement project, the contracts concluded and the amount of deposits to the builders’ accounts and said: “Since the beginning of the implementation of the project The National Housing Movement has so far signed a contract for 77 thousand 821 units in the amount of 25 thousand 755 billion tomans.

The member of the board of directors of Maskan Bank added: 17,562 billion tomans have been deposited to the builders’ account from the amount of the self-ownership contract.

Fazelian stated that the payment of self-ownership facilities of the National Housing Movement plan will be done step by step and based on physical progress to the self-owners.
