According to Tejarat News, Mahmoud Mahmoudzadeh, Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development, stated: With the approval of the government board, two other groups, including single men over 45 years old and special single patients, were added to the authorized groups to register in the housing production and leap project. Accordingly, currently five groups, including women over 35, people with disabilities over 20, scientific elites, single men over 45, and special patients, can enroll in the National Housing Movement without any conditions of marriage.
He added: “A proposal has been submitted by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development to the government board for the registration of single men under the age of 45, the results of which will be announced soon.”
Some homeowners can register
The Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development, stating that changes have been made regarding the condition of ownership, said: with the approval of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has been given the authority to decide based on the city, province and existing conditions. In this way, according to indicators such as the number of household members, income deciles, etc., it is possible to allow the registration of households that have a history of ownership. For example, people covered by support institutions in the first to third deciles and families with three or more children are given priority in this project.
Mahmoudzadeh reminded: “Until now, those who had private property since the beginning of April 2005 and in fact the house was named after them, were not able to register in the housing production leap plan, which was amended in this regard with the recent approval.”

He said about the amount brought by the applicants of the housing production and supply jump plan: 20 million Tomans has been considered for the first to third deciles and 40 million Tomans for the other deciles. Regarding the lack of ownership, some income groups in some areas are exempted from this condition at the discretion of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.
