He stated that currently the number of applicants to receive special license plates is high, but these people are not eligible to receive special license plates according to the guidelines and legal regulations of welfare and traffic police, and said: Accordingly, welfare is another service for these people in the form of a traffic package. considered; Behazisti has agreed with the municipality so that people who do not qualify to receive special license plates for disabled vehicles can use the traffic plan entry permit.

The deputy of welfare rehabilitation affairs of Tehran province said about disabled people who are not able to drive or drive a car: a number of disabled people who do not have a license can use one of the 6 first degree relatives (father, mother, sister, carrier, spouse and child) on the condition of living with a disabled person, benefit from the permission to enter the traffic plan. These people can use this service throughout the year by logging into the “Tehran Man” website and registering the license plate and completing the legal procedures as well as providing valid documents to the relevant staff.

Rezaei added: In order to benefit from the permission to enter the traffic plan, a list of the names of these people will be submitted to the municipality by the welfare department.

He said: There are also a number of people with disabilities, whose parents or guardians do not have cars, and for these people, travel allowance has been provided by the welfare organization.

The deputy of welfare rehabilitation affairs of Tehran province stated: the commuting allowance that is paid every three months to people with disabilities with the mentioned conditions is equivalent to 960 thousand tomans for the residents of three cities of Tehran, Ray and Shemiranat and 720 thousand tomans for other cities of the province. According to Rezaei, during the past year, 241 car license plates for disabled people and 862 traffic plan entry permits were issued, and more than 5,500 people were given transportation allowances.
