Conditions for registration of single men over the age of 23 in the National Housing Movement plan


According to Tejarat News, the Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction announced the details of the registration of single men over the age of 23 in the plan of the National Housing Movement.

The registration conditions for applicants are as follows:

General conditions for initial registration:

– The possibility of registration is allowed only for single male applicants (between 23 years old and 44 years old).

– Have at least 23 years of age at the time of registration.

– No history of ownership of housing or land with residential use according to the criteria issued by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.

Failure to use government facilities and facilities or facilities of public non-governmental organizations related to housing, including land, housing units or subsidized facilities for the purchase or construction of housing units (having a form “green” C) from April 1, 1978.

Note 1 states: At the time of delivery of the unit, the applicant’s spouse must meet the requirements of the Law on Organizing and Supporting the Production and Supply of Housing, the executive regulations of the said law and its subsequent amendments (no private property and with a green “C” form).

Note 2 also states: If a person separates (divorces) from his / her spouse after the delivery of the residential unit, Form “C” of both couples will remain red for up to five years after the divorce, and in this period (five Year after the divorce) will not be able to use government housing facilities. Conditions for concluding a contract and delivery of a residential unit to the applicant:

1. In connecting all registration applicants to projects and delivering units, priority is given to married applicants. Prioritization of applicants in each province / city is done based on the criteria that will be announced later, including the number of eligible applicants and facilities available in each province / city, and so on.

2. Finalization of registration and concluding a contract with the applicant at the time of selecting the allocation project unit according to the notification criteria of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development and subject to the payment of the notified share, submitting an official marriage contract to the General Directorate of Roads and Urban Development and inserting it in Is a system.

Determining the applicant’s duties in case of non-fulfillment of obligations, including non-submission of a formal contract and non-deposit of shares:

If the applicant does not submit a formal contract at the time of concluding the contract (according to the rules notified by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development) in this instruction, their registration is canceled and the entire contribution paid after replacing the new applicant (subject to note (1) below) with The priority of the married applicant will be returned to them.

Note 1 states: Within 6 months after the cancellation and cancellation of the registration of the single applicant, another applicant will be replaced to acquire the construction unit of the applicants registered in the support plans system and with the priority of the married applicant.

Note 2 states: In the absence of an applicant in accordance with the recent Note (1), if the single applicant wishes, the transfer of the unit to them is possible subject to the following conditions;

– To pay the total price of the land share and the cost of construction of the residential unit in cash and based on the expert price of the day, deducting the principal.

– The received facilities will be calculated and divided into installments at the rate approved by the Monetary and Credit Council.

– All subsidies paid, including the cost of licensing, engineering system, branches, etc., are calculated at the current price and refunded to the applicant.

Note 2: If the applicant does not pay the specified amounts in accordance with the conditions of the last Note 1, the contribution brought to him will be refunded immediately after deducting the bank fines resulting from the extension of the civil partnership period.

Other cases:

– In addition to the case specified in the present instruction, the following five single groups are also able to register according to the previous existing rules and regulations (regulations and executive instructions): Scientific elites with the introduction of the National Elite Foundation, single men over 45 years old , Physically disabled, a movement with at least 20 years of age and with the introduction of the Welfare Organization, self-employed women over 35 years of age, special patients according to the criteria of the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education.

It should be noted that other rules, procedures and documents required to identify and meet the conditions of applicants will be developed and communicated by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.

The required documents to qualify are as follows: uploading the applicant’s national card image, uploading the applicant’s identity card image, uploading the image of the residence certificate in the city of the applicant in the last five years, including (applicant’s education certificate, documents of the applicant’s place of birth (identity card) or Applicant’s parents, a license to work for the applicant or the applicant’s parents, insurance history for the applicant or the applicant’s parents, a certificate of employment from government departments for the applicant or the applicant’s parents, a certificate of payment of pensions and pensions or the applicant’s parents.
