According to Tejarat News, Hossein Jannati, director general of the Housing Foundation of the Islamic Revolution of Khuzestan, said: “Considering the situation of the earthquake-stricken city of Indika and the geographical conditions of its areas, which are mostly impassable, sending construction materials to these areas is difficult.”
He added: “According to the plans and agreements made with the Concrete Foundation Company, which is a subsidiary of the Housing Foundation, the supply of materials for the construction of houses, including; Rebar, free cement, screw and nut skeletons, etc. have been done, but we have problems sending sand.
Jannati, stating that two types of structures are used in the city, said: Some structures are transferable and we use them in difficult areas, in areas where access is easy, heavy structures will be used and the materials used There is a need for construction and there is no problem in this regard.
The official said that the distribution of construction materials is in accordance with the progress of construction, adding: “Our main problem is the production of sand that the Concrete Foundation Company has installed production equipment for this product and this problem will be solved in the coming days.”
