Continuation of cultural and artistic programs of Bandar Mahshahr historical landscape base

According to Aria Heritage report, citing the public relations of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Khuzestan, Sara Ebadi on Monday, January 5, 1401, while thanking all those who have been helping the cultural heritage of this city in the past one month, said: in order to introduce and promote handicrafts region and in the form of a series of joint programs with some organs, organizations, government departments and academic fields, we have held various programs during the past month, one of which is a 10-day exhibition of handicrafts and visual arts in cooperation with Islamic Azad University. It was the port of Mahshahr.
The supervisor of Mahshahr Cultural and Historical Landscape Base continued: This exhibition was held at Mahshahr Azad University and was welcomed by art students from the bazaar of artisans’ products, especially in the field of embroidery and local clothes.
He added: In this exhibition, handicraft artists in the fields of leather, jewelry, rugs, quilting, embroidery, various types of knitting, mat weaving and doll making “Lilac and Dumayk” displayed their latest handiwork in 30 booths.
Ebadi pointed to the performance of the special program for the beginning of winter and the live performance of the universal oud instrument on the evening of Wednesday, December 30, 1401, and added: in the continuation of the serial programs of the Mahshahr Cultural Heritage Department, this program will be attended by people and those interested in ancient Iranian and national traditions and by the performance of various parts. Like recitation of Hafez, live oud playing and narration of local stories were held and received a warm welcome from the interested public.
He emphasized: Our cultural programs will continue and in the coming week, a one-week exhibition will be held in cooperation with Mahshahr Non-Industrial Operations and Petrochemical Industry Services Company at the Bagheral Uloom Cultural Center in Ba’ath Mahshahr town, from where the inter-departmental cooperation and public assistance will be appreciated. In order to implement these programs as best as possible, I invite the culture-loving people of Khuzestan to visit this cultural achievement.
