While pointing out the most important reason for the growth of inflation in the country, this economic expert said: the banking system is the driving engine of inflation in the country by creating unregulated money, and if the financial resources of this driving engine are not directed to the field of production, inflation control will not happen.

He added: Paying facilities to economically productive areas, including housing and agriculture, is one of the most important ways that, in addition to curbing inflation, provides the basis for sustainable economic growth, and the authorities should provide the basis for solving the problem by moving in this direction.

Parsafer emphasized: When you give a facility to a residential unit to build this housing, in fact, you have given this money as working capital to 140 backward and forward economic enterprises to be your economic driver.

This economic expert continued: Moving in this direction means creating demand for industries, which brings with it achievements such as employment growth, solving people’s livelihood problems, and directly influencing the macroeconomic environment.

He continued: Inflation consists of components such as housing, basic goods, and other sectors, and curbing inflation means controlling the price of these goods in the process of supply and demand, so we are not facing an abstract issue and we must focus on each component of inflation. Parsafer pointed out the high share of housing prices in housing inflation and said: the most important component is the increase in housing inflation, and when you put the supply of land and housing on your agenda, that means you have gone to the surgery of the most important part.
