In line with the implementation of Article (10) of the “Family and Youth Protection Law” of the Karzah al-Hasneh facility for children, the Cooperative Development Bank has maximum cooperation with the government in the implementation of this law.
According to the instructions of the Central Bank, the facility of the loan for the birth of children is granted to the father of children whose birth date is from April 1, 1400 onwards.
In addition, for the first child the amount of 200 million Rials with a repayment period of 36 months, the second child the amount of 400 million Rials with the repayment period of 48 months, the third child the amount of 600 million Rials with the repayment period of 60 months, the fourth child the amount of 800 million Rials with the repayment period of 72 1000 million rials will be paid for the fifth month and after, with a repayment period of 84 months.
In order to receive this facility, applicants must refer to the loan facility system of the child and determine the branch, admission and other relevant steps, just like the loan facility system of marriage.
According to the announcement of the Central Bank, the child facility begins without the requirement to make a deposit and with a 6-month breathing period for paying installments.
This facility based on the validation of the applicants is paid by obtaining a promissory note or a valid guarantor.
