Cooperative Development Bank program to pay 1,500 billion rials in housing facilities for families with third and higher children

According to the Iran Economist, Hojjatollah Mehdian, CEO of the Cooperative Development Bank, stated: “This bank has paid a total of 1,500 billion rials in loan facilities, construction or purchase of housing for homeless families who have a third child or more in 1399 onwards.” Put on the agenda.
He added: “In line with this national plan, the Cooperative Development Bank will implement Qarz al-Hasna deposit facilities, purchase or construction of housing with a maximum repayment period of twenty years.”
Mehdian said: the maximum payment facility for each household is two billion rials with a maximum repayment of 20 years.
The CEO of the Cooperative Development Bank said: “This project will be implemented with the presence of six banks and with the cooperation and coordination of the Central Bank from 100% of the remaining Gharz al-Hasna deposits and 50% of the current Gharz al-Hasna deposits of the banking network.” By taking a promissory note from the applicant or a valid guarantor, they will proceed to pay the facility.
