He added: “Necessary infrastructure should be provided in the province, including in the fields of pilgrimage and medical tourism.”

Shahvardi also considered the non-cooperation of private banks in the issue of payment of facilities to the applicants of tourism and handicraft projects of the province as a major challenge and demanded the follow-up of the representative of the people in this regard.

Hossein Khosravi Esfazar, the representative of the people of Birjand Khosf and Madhim in the Islamic Council, said in this meeting: “Our effort is to attract investors in the field of tourism, and in this field, all institutions should try to remove the obstacles facing investors.”

Khosravi Esfazar considered the transportation issue to be the most important investment challenge in the province and stated: “As long as the issue of rail and air transportation is not organized in the province, investors will not be willing to invest in the province.”

He said: “Establishing a permanent and seasonal market, holding an exhibition, and holding handicraft training classes for free should be done more than before to support and promote handicrafts in the province, and these supports can become the basis for the prosperity of the productions of the activists in the handicraft sector and employment opportunities. create a new one in this field at the province level.
