He emphasized to the general managers of the province to consider the issue of reconstruction and equipping before completion and further said: this support will motivate tourism activists who have been active in this field since the past and have suffered losses in the past years.
The vice president of tourism of the country emphasized on using the opportunity of the exhibition to create a dialogue with the representatives of the Islamic Council and provincial officials and added: the unity of management in the exhibition must be maintained. The provinces should pay attention to the axes that have been specified for the exhibition and should follow up and bring these axes to a conclusion during the exhibition.
600 soldiers will be added to the cultural heritage protection unit
Sardar Mehri, the commander of the country’s cultural heritage protection unit, further said: The protection unit is the executive arm of the provincial administrations.
He added: According to the permission from the General Staff of the Armed Forces, in 1402, 600 soldiers will be added to the cultural heritage protection unit.
Special attention to the role and position of public relations
Hassan Maithami, director general of public relations and information of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, also said in this meeting: Our view in public relations is a network view. This network has a headquarters, a part of which is the public relations of the headquarters, and a part of it is the public relations of the province, all of whom have a role in this network.
He added: My request to the general managers of the province is to pay special attention to the public relations officer of the province and to clarify his role and position so that we can see the increase in the efficiency of this general administration.
The issue of investment in the provinces should be given special attention
Javad Vahedi, deputy of parliament, legal and provincial affairs of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, emphasized on strengthening the relations of provincial general managers with representatives of the Islamic Council, governors, governors, prefects and the program and budget organization, as well as accuracy in appointments.
He pointed out the importance of paying attention to the issue of investment in the provinces and added: In the field of investment, some provinces have taken the lead and unfortunately some have not performed well.
The response time to people’s complaints has reached 24 hours in some provinces
Meisham Asupa, Director General of the Office of Performance Management, Inspection and Response to Complaints of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, further said: The issue of performance evaluation on the exterior is an important indicator, and Shahid Rajaei Festival is one of these examples.
He added: This year, thanks to the efforts of the provinces, we managed to get the third place in the country, which was a good place and can be promoted.
ASUPA considered it important to employ experienced and interactive forces in performance evaluation and emphasized on timely evaluation.

The Director General of Performance Management, Inspection and Responding to Complaints stated: Good inter-institutional relations have been formed in the provinces with related institutions, including the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, Economy, Energy, and Agricultural Jihad, and problems are followed up through the committee to identify and resolve issues.
