Criteria for land allocation in industrial estates will be reviewed


According to the public relations of the Khorasan Razavi Industry, Mining and Trade Organization, Seyed Reza Fatemi Amin, along with Amir Reza Rajabi, head of the Provincial Silence Organization, Mohsen Zanganeh, representative of the people of Torbat-e Heydariyeh, Zaveh and Maholat in the Islamic Consultative Assembly and several provincial and local managers Zaveh Industrial Zone located in Khorasan Razavi said: the government emphasizes the creation of private settlements and is ready to provide a private settlement permit to those who intend to invest in the creation of infrastructure.

He continued: “In many cities, there is the necessary infrastructure in industrial estates, and next year, efforts will be made to solve the problems of industrial estates.”

The Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade said: “The organization of industry, mines and trade has begun to develop faster in this field in the coming years in cities where production facilities have not been developed.”

Fatemi Amin added: “One of the first tasks is to provide infrastructure, and if there is an applicant for investment in the field of industry in Zaveh city, the governor and people’s representative of Torbat Heydariyeh, Zaveh and Mehvalat will support us, and we in the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade We will help speed up the preparation of the industrial infrastructure of this region.

The executive operation of setting up Zaveh Industrial Zone on a 25-hectare land began in December of this year, and according to the contractor’s commitment, and in case of timely allocation of credits, it will be operational by the second half of 1401.
Completion of this industrial area requires 10 billion tomans of credit.
